Später spielte er Geige. <table align="center" cellpadding="20"> <tr> <td><img src="../images/rahmatollah.jpg" width="192" height="287" alt="" border="0"></td> </tr> </table> Mit elf Jahren begann Badiyi am Teheraner Konservatorium, europäische klassische Musik zu studieren. Dann erlernte er bei dem großen Meister Abul Hassan Saba persische klassische Musik.<br> Nach dem Diplomabschluss arbeitete er als Konzertmeister und Solist bei großen Orchestern; er lehrte 23 Jahre lang am Konservatorium in Teheran. Badiyi beherrscht außer der Geige noch die persischen Instrumente "Kamantscheh" und "Ghitschak". Er hat vom iranischen Kunst- und Kulturministerium den Ehrendoktor erhalten. Badiyi hat die redaktionelle Ausführung der dreifachen Radifs (Repertoires) von Ostad (Meister) Abul Hassan Saba übernommen.<br> <img src="../images/note2.gif" width="37" height="56" alt="" border="0">Er war ebenfalls bei der Transkription des Gesangs-Radif von Ostad Mahmood Karimi, durchgeführt von Dr. Mohammad Taghi Masoudieh, involviert. 1979 kam Badiyi mit seiner Familie nach Holland und arbeitete im Norden des Landes mit einem Symphonieorchester zusammen, bis er 1999 in den Ruhestand trat. Während seines Aufenthalts in den Niederlanden hat er an Musikfestivals, die von verschiedenen europäischen Radio- und TV-Sendern organisiert waren, teilgenommen.<br> <img src="../images/note.gif" width="37" height="56" alt="" border="0">Zur Zeit unterrichtet er Studenten aus den Niederlanden, Deutschland und anderen Nachbarländern.
